1.  Spectrometer
One is to use direct reading spectrometer to detect full elemental analysis, and can detect C element, and the other is X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. This method has fast detection speed, convenient instrument carrying, and accurate detection of components and grades.

2.  Metal material analyzer
The metal material analyzer is a metal material element analysis system that uses a high-frequency induction furnace with an infrared carbon-sulfur analysis system to quickly and accurately measure carbon steel, high-medium-low alloy steel, raw cast iron, gray cast iron, ductile iron, and alloy cast iron. Determination of elements in various materials such as ferroalloy, ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferronickel, ferrochrome, rare earth metals, coke, coal, slag, catalyst, ore. The instrument burns samples through a high-frequency induction furnace, and the content of C and S elements is determined by infrared analysis. Mn, P, Si, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, Ti, V, Al, W, Nb are determined by photoelectric calorimeter. The content of elements such as Mg and total rare earth.

3.Salt spray testing
LRHS-270-RY, test the product for corrosion resistance on rusting to know the metal actual zinc coating and painting coating, also to know how long can use of the steels paint coating, paint brand and zinc coating.

4. Mechanical testing
According to customer requirements to measure the tensile properties of metal materials, hardness, impact properties, metal fatigue, metal fracture toughness, metal high temperature mechanical properties.

5.Lab testing
Test the light stability and aging resistance of metal materials. Under different environment, to see the change of the material when exposed to sunlight. Especially for to see the different roofing steel sheets fading and rusting changing.
